This tulle dress was custom-made for J cocoa who is a very talented vocalist and curve model. Over hundreds of tulle stripes were gathered to make the ruffles affect on the dress. Four different kinds of green tulle mixed with ivory tulle created the gradient effect that represented J Cocoa’s optimistic and dynamic personality.
